These Terms apply to all purchases made through LAMOUR’s official communication channels and platforms. LAMOUR reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

All products are handcrafted and may have slight variations in color or design due to lighting, screen settings, or material availability.

Custom orders are made based on your selected design, measurements, and preferences. Once confirmed, custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).

We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, Google Pay, PhonePe, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where applicable.

Full payment may be required to confirm custom orders.

We offer All India Shipping through trusted courier partners.

Standard delivery time is 5–10 business days, depending on your location and product type.

LAMOUR is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or natural events.

Due to the delicate and made-to-order nature of our products, returns are not accepted.

Exchanges are only possible in case of damaged or incorrect items and must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging for exchange eligibility.

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled, especially for custom or bridal items.

In case of any unavoidable cancellations, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.

We respect your privacy. Any personal information shared with us is used strictly for order processing and communication.

We never share or sell your data to third parties.
